How do I update my existing password or email?

You can change your email or password from your phone. There is no way to change this information from the website at this time.

If you know your current email/password and simply want to change it, please follow the directions below.

Open Key Ring (make sure you are signed in) > Open the app Menu > 'Account' > 'Change Email' or 'Change Password'.

If you have more than one device, make sure you sign out of your account on all of them and sign back in.
