You can only change your password from your app, you cannot change it from the web.
If you do not remember your password, you can still reset it as long as you are signed out of the app.
Please make sure to add "email@example.com" to your address book so that you can receive the temporary password email.
To reset your password, please go through the 'reset password' process by following the directions below. Again, you will find this if you're NOT signed into your account. If you can access your account, then please see the directions "How do I update my existing password?"
Open the Key Ring app and you should be taken to the Log In screen. Here, about half way down the page, you will see "Forgot Your Password" in blue text. Press that and you will be taken through the reset process.
Once you are emailed a generic password, use it to sign into your account. You can update your password to one more to your liking by visiting the app Menu > Change Password to update it.
If you do not see the email in your Inbox after 10 minutes, please check your other folders such as spam, promotions, social, etc. to see if it was filtered into one of them.
If you still do not receive the password reset email it could be that your email provider is blocking it from getting to you. If this is the case, Key Ring support can provide you a temporary password manually if you provide them card number for verification, they can verify you are the account holder. You can contact support by going to
